What They Gain: Advanced technique, artistry, leadership skills, and a strong sense of community

As dancers mature in their training, they continue refining their technique and performance skills while studying a variety of dance disciplines. Classes focus on strengthening technical ability, improving flexibility and control, and developing a deeper understanding of musicality and artistic expression.

Ballet remains an essential part of a dancer’s training. Students who have reached Grade II ballet may begin pre-pointe, focusing on the strength, alignment, and technique required for safe pointe work. Pointe training is introduced only after dancers have successfully completed pre-pointe preparation and demonstrated readiness for this advanced level.

Dancers may also audition for our Nutcracker production, Performance Company, and the Windsor Competitive Dance Company (WCDC), providing exciting opportunities to perform and continue developing as dedicated dancers.

As dancers progress, many take multiple classes each week, building discipline, confidence, and artistry in a supportive and inspiring environment.
