Pre-Authorized Debit Payments:

I give Edmunds Towers permission to use pre-authorized debits for payment for all lessons according to the general policy and Payment Plan selected. I understand that a $35 service charge will be applied if a pre-authorized debit payment is returned. Once a pre-authorized debit payment has gone through, there will be no refunds given out for that particular month.

Waivers and Agreements

Registration Fee:

New Students registration fee is $25 per family. This can be paid by e-transfer at the time of registering in order to secure your spot. Please e-transfer to billing@edmundstowers.com.

Participant Liability Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement:

Edmunds Towers School of Dance has provided a safe environment with a well-trained staff. As a participant or participant’s parent/legal guardian, I understand that by participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal, or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury. I therefore agree to assume all risks of any such injury that might occur during any classes, online classes, rehearsals, or performances on or off the premises of Edmunds Towers School of Dance. I agree to waive any and all claims I may have arising out of or connected with, or in any way associated with the activities of Edmunds Towers School of Dance. I hereby fully release and discharge Edmunds Towers School of Dance, its owners, employees, assistants, volunteers, guest artists, and instructors from any and all claims from injuries, damages, or loss which I or my minor child may have or which may occur as a result of participation in Edmunds Towers School of Dance activities. I authorize Edmunds Towers School of Dance to use RECITAL or CANDID classroom photos of my child for promotional and marketing purposes including website.
