Take your skills to new heights with our Acro classes. Acro combines dance with acrobatic movement while focusing on conditioning, strength, flexibility, and control in a safe and supportive environment. Dancers develop balance, coordination, and body awareness as they learn skills such as rolls, balances, and tumbling.

Our experienced and qualified coach guides dancers through each new skill while encouraging them to progress safely at their own level. Acro is a great class to take on its own or to complement a dancer’s other dance styles, and is suitable for all levels with no previous experience required.
