Lyrical

Lyrical combines ballet and jazz techniques with expressive movement, allowing dancers to interpret music and tell a story through dance. This style focuses on fluidity, emotion, and musical interpretation while helping dancers develop control, balance, and graceful transitions between movements.

Because lyrical builds on strong ballet foundations, dancers must be in their second year of Grade I ballet to enroll. Ballet training is required alongside lyrical to ensure dancers have the technique, strength, and alignment needed for this style.
